  • Where do I park?

    We have ample parking at our locations.

  • What do I need to bring with me?

    (Patients or Caregivers)

    1. Your Government issued ID
    2. Your medical card if you are a medical patient
    3. A good attitude.

    Please note: Patients will only receive an electronic card from the Medical Marijuana Control Program. Physical cards will not be mailed.

  • How many days does it cost per product?

    As of January 3, 2022, Ohio has removed the Tier system for calculating days. Now 1/10th of flower counts as 1 day of supply no matter the THC %. 0.84g of extracted product (vape, concentrate, etc) counts as 1 day. Edibles with 110mg of THC is counted as 1 day.

  • How do I obtain an Ohio Medical Card?

    There may still be some anxiety over the process of getting your own medical card. The task may seem a little daunting at first, but the whole process has never been easier. It’s just 3 simple steps.

  • Can I bring a digital copy of my card?

    Yes, your medical marijuana card can be brought in electronically or printed hard-copy.

  • Do I need an appointment?

    No you do not, we only take walk-ins. We also take pre-orders.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    Patients with registered veteran status will be eligible to receive 30% off. People with indigent status will be eligible for a 30% discount. We offer discounts to all patients on a daily basis.

  • Do you sell to Adult Use Customers?

    Yes. Starting August 6, 2024 at 10am, Pure Ohio Wellness locations began selling both Medical and Adult Use cannabis.

  • Is your menu online?

    Yes, you can view our menu for each location. We have a medical and an adult use menu for each location. The menu changes often. This is the best way to view our current options. You can even order online to reserve anything you want and shorten your wait time when you arrive.

  • How much does the product cost?

    The prices vary based on quantity, strength, and brand. Our daily menu is available on our website and includes the most up-to-date available products and pricing. Please note that all prices posted on the menu are calculated before the state sales tax and do not include the discounted rates for veteran/indigent patients.

  • What form of payments are accepted?

    We can accept Cash, Spendr, or CanPay. For your convenience, we have an ATM inside.
